GENERAL INFORMATIONS
The main function of the HDPE/PP recycling line equipment is to crush, wash and pellet the waste HDPE/PP material into granules for recycle for different industry.
The technological process:
Selecting and classifying
→ Crushing the material into fakes
→ drying and wiping off impurities
→ friction-washing (obliterating the adhesive stickers in the surface, or adding the NAOH to remove the oil)
→ Sink float separating
→ washing
→ drying
→ pelleting

● For the recycling plant of HDPE milk bottles, HDPE Chemical plastic barrels and PP oil pot, GRNWE provides specific processing technology in separating the adhesive sticker/ink/ oil from the floating plastic.
● In the HDPE pipe and PP snap-gauge recycling, GRNWE has the specialized crushing machine, replacing the double shaft shredder with features of high cost and irregular size ‘output.
● In the process of washing and output, we use the roller digging system (filter screen structure and with single motor), the speed of backflow is fast, with features of high speed’s output, low water consumption and low cost.
● A butterfly valve was equipped in the top of backpitch in the bottom of the separation cell, open the valve and start the backpitch, sands will be discharged automatically. There multiple tapered pollution discharge system, has features of manpower saving and water saving.
● GRNWE has matched Sewage circulation system, it could help you to use the recycling water and discharge the waste water.
